GDPR Compliance Statement

ERGOKAT Construction, aware of its obligations as Data Controller under the GDPR and Law 4624/2019, confirms that all personal data processing is conducted in accordance with:

• Principles: lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality.
• The rights of data subjects as described in Art. 15-22 GDPR and the provisions of Law 4624/2019.
• We monitor processing activities, maintain records where required, carry out impact assessments when needed, and ensure appropriate security measures.

Key provisions

• We retain your data no longer than required.
• We manage your rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and objection.
• We do not process children’s data under the age of 15 without verifiable parental consent, in accordance with Greek law.
• We cooperate with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority in case of audits or complaints.
• In case of data breaches likely to pose high risk to rights/freedoms of individuals, we notify the HDPA without undue delay (and, where required, the individuals).
