Maisonettes in Heraklion

In 2023, ERGOKAT completed the construction of two modern maisonettes, designed to combine structural efficiency, energy performance, and architectural elegance.
The buildings were developed using metal frame construction technology, offering superior durability, precision, and seismic resistance compared to traditional reinforced concrete structures.

Each maisonette was designed with a focus on comfort and sustainability, featuring open interior layouts, high-quality insulation, and advanced energy systems that ensure excellent living conditions throughout the year.
The lightweight steel structure allowed for faster completion times, reduced environmental impact, and high precision in construction detailing.

Through this project, ERGOKAT once again demonstrated its expertise in innovative building systems and its commitment to delivering modern, sustainable housing solutions that meet contemporary architectural and environmental standards.
